Artist and Teacher, Lisa Fox has a background with a variety of teaching experiences, spanning four decades: PK-12 in the Provincetown and Truro Public Schools, morning activities for 3-5 year olds in her home, horseback riding for lead–poisoned kids, a children’s summer camp counselor at Wellfleet Audubon, teen beginning tennis, adult group art lessons, summer crafts at Pilgrim Monument and Provincetown Museum, and at Castle Hill, Truro Center for the Arts has taught drawing and painting for kids.

Inspired by professional White-Line printmakers that came into her classrooms in the public schools, as well as other artists who studied and displayed this method, she then joined the Outer Cape White-Line Printmakers. Lisa is a member of the Coastal Craft Gallery, a cooperative of Cape Cod Artists in Orleans~ www.CoastalCraftGallery.com, where she primarily displays White-Line prints, but art shown also includes other printing methods, paintings, drawings, and mixed media, as well as a cards.

She has had a solo show of photography at Audubon, as well as work in group shows including Provincetown Art Association and Museum, the Cultural Center of Cape Cod in Yarmouth, the Cape Cod Museum of Art in Dennis, and a variety of other venues; such as: “Art by the Sea” Provincetown’s Trap Sheds on MacMillan’s Pier.
